7. Counseling Services – Cancellation Policy / 心理諮商服務之取消政策

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the full session fee will be charged.

Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case.

Repeated cancellations may result in rescheduling restrictions.

請於24小時前取消或更改心理諮商預約，否則將酌收全額費用。緊急取消請聯繫心理諮商行政人員；若多次取消預約，本中心保留重新安排或暫緩服務之權利。
